Youth Firearms shooting event on the first and third Monday. NRA certified instructors on site and a range safety officer also there at all times. One parent must stay at all times, no cost and hearing and eye protection provided. For more details contact Steve Shaffer his information is on the board of directors page.
The chapters event calendar is in the clubhouse for 2016. DO NOT add any events to the calendar under any circumstances. Contact Tom Foreman or Larry Stouffer if any questions.
Understand without a current range badge you will be asked to leave. We ask all of our membership to always display their badge and if you find someone without a badge ask for it or kindly ask them to leave and contact a Officer or Board member.
All members are reminded that you are allowed one guest while using any of the ranges, pond or clubhouse. And a guest may only visit 3 times in one year.
Please pickup after yourself, remove all targets and place in burn barrels. Place all target stands at the pistol range back inside the building. If we all take a minute and clean up after ourselves the grounds will stay in great condition.

Welcome to the Web site of the Washington County Maryland Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America. Our chapter was founded in 1947.
We are one of over 350 national chapters and one of 15 chapters in Maryland. Our chapter is located in beautiful Washington County Maryland along the Conococheague Creek.
This site was started in early 2008 and seems to help keep members up to date with activities held at our club. We have been very fortunate to have held many State and National Events this year, with many of our visitors being very pleased with what they experienced while visiting our grounds and this part of Maryland. Many thanks go out to the dedicated volunteers who put in many hours to make all of our events a success.
